Well it looks like the recession hasn't killed the Torrey Music Festival, just chopped parts off! Kind of like that Monty Python and the Holy Grail scene when Arthur cuts off the Black Knight's arms, "It's just a flesh wound."
     The fest will be held on July 31st at the Robbersroost Bookstore in Torrey, near beautiful Capitol Reef National Park.
     Reducing the event from 2 1/2 days to Saturday afternoon/evening leaves more time for you to enjoy the scenery and jam. We'll start at 12 noon and end when we can't play any more.
     Again this year will be a great songwriter-in-the round session with a number of Utah's favorite performing songwriters on stage trading songs and stories in our intimate high-desert setting.
